LIST TO BE HAPPIER

1.you can go to group therapy and meet new people
2. if there's something you really like to do, don't ever stop doing it
3. everytime you think about something that makes you sad, try to think of another thing or do an activity to distract yourself
4. join something that catches your attention, in this way you have something to do when you're feeling a little bit down
5. open up your feelings to someone that hears all your problems helps you to free more your mind
6. eat well helps your brain to work and staying healthy
7. if you know that you have a goal in your life, you will never give up on it
8. get to know what you have to do daily, helps you to have a little routin and distract from your thoughts
9. it makes eassier to your organism to feel active and "alive", thus you will be happier
10. before search of someone to have confidence in you, you're the one that has to trust yourself, get to know yourself and help you too
