LIST TO BE HAPPIER

1.you can go to group therapy and meet new people
2. if there's something you really like to do, don't ever stop doing it
3. everytime you think about something that makes you sad, try to think of another thing or do an activity to distract yourself
4. join something that catches your attention, in this way you have something to do when you're feeling a little bit down
5. open up your feelings to someone that hears all your problems helps you to free more your mind
6. eat well helps your brain to work and staying healthy
7. if you know that you have a goal in your life, you will never give up on it
8. get to know what you have to do daily, helps you to have a little routin and distract from your thoughts
9. it makes eassier to your organism to feel active and "alive", thus you will be happier
10. before search of someone to have confidence in you, you're the one that has to trust yourself, get to know yourself and help you too

Cheer up a friend (dialogue)
Ana: hey! may i ask you something?
Gustavo: yes, sure.
Paula: tell us.
Ana: i had a problem with my friends.
Paula: what happened?
Ana: i wanted to met them yesterday but they didn't answer my messages, and they went outside with other people without advising me.
Gustavo: wow, that's terrible... I think you should talk with them and tell them what bothers you.
Paula: Of course, they're your friends and they will understand why you're upset. If you have confidence in them just tell it.
Ana: I'm scared, what if they get mad at me?
Gustavo: then  they're not your friends at all... just try to tell them, if they apologize then it's alright, and if they don't, it's time to change of people.
Paula: I agree with Gustavo, you have to meet new people.
Ana: You're right, I'm gonna talk with them and see what happens. Thank you guys for the support.
Gustavo: Friends are here for helping, too.
